We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Technician with a minimum 2 years of verifiable experience and willingness to learn to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various HVAC equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. We service warranty customers so attention to detail is a must, reports to the warranty company are required on some service calls, training will be provided.
Compensation Service Technician
$50 per service call
$35 per Tune-Up
6 percent on equipment sales
10 percent on all retail repairs and add on's
Compensation Installer:
$300 Evaporator coil
$350 Condenser
$350 Air Handler/Furnace
$85 Per duct run
$100 per return grill added
All Equipment/Refrigerant and accessories are provided
Must have have your own Truck
Must have hand tools, meter & gauges.
Must want to help people solve their problems.
Must be professional in appearance.
Must have valid TX driver license
Must be willing to do tune ups when service is slow
Uniform provided
Must have tech registration with TDLR
Must be EPA Certified
