Pay Rate: $35 - $40 per hour (DOE)
Per Diem: $100/day (7 days full week worked)
Job Description:
We are seeking skilled Iowa Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a contract position in Council Bluffs, IA. This project involves working on various conveyor and automation systems. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Iowa state electrical licenseno exceptions.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on conveyor and automation systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
Collaborate with other team members to complete the project efficiently.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
Qualifications:
Valid Iowa state electrical license (mandatory - no exceptions).
Journeyman-level experience in electrical work.
Experience with conveyor and automation systems is preferred.
Ability to work 60 hours per week for the duration of the project.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Reciprocal licensing agreements with Alaska Arkansas,
Colorado, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas,
Wisconsin and Wyoming.
