Blaze Equipment, an Owen Company, is looking to hire a highly motivated, independent, professional individual to join our team in Ft. Worth, TX as our Tooling Rental Manager. Blaze is an industry leader in the sales, service and rental of foundational drill rigs and related accessories serving North America from our location in Fort Worth, TX. Blaze is the official North America dealer for HPM, a market-leading manufacturer of foundation drill rigs. Our products are utilized in major construction projects for critical infrastructure including highway construction, bridge construction, electrical grid infrastructure and major industrial construction projects. We work with leading construction, utility, and oil field contractors across the United States to help build the next generation of critical infrastructure in the United States.

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 Annually, depending on experience.

Benefits: Full Benefits Package including Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, HSA, and 100% company paid Life and LTD. We offer Paid Flextime Off (PTO) that accrues weekly, seven paid holidays (eligible after 30 days from start), and a 401(k) with a company match.

Job Description:

The Tooling Rental and Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the rental and sales operations of tooling equipment. This role involves managing inventory, ensuring equipment is well-maintained, and driving sales to meet profitability goals. The manager will also lead a team, develop customer relationships, and implement strategies to enhance sales and rental services.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Oversee the rental inventory, ensuring tools are available, well-maintained, and safe for customer use.

Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve budgeted profitability and rental goals.

Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership: Manage and train a team of rental technicians and sales staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales, rentals, and inventory status to senior management.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in sales and/or rental management, preferably in the tooling or equipment rental industry.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Knowledge of rental equipment and maintenance procedures.

Familiarity with relevant safety regulations.
