JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide labor under the direction of the Foreman to bring about completion of tree and landscape maintenance jobs. Involves skillful use of vehicles and equipment. Requires strong personal consideration for safety.
WORK HOURS
Typical hours are from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 pm, five days per week. Overtime hours are available based on job needs, emergencies and/or job conditions.
SALARY RANGE
Starting salary is $22.29 per hour. Payroll is paid weekly.

QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma
Read, speak & write English
Extensive tree care experience (2 years minimum) or has demonstrated abilities and aptitude for this job.
Must pass company QTW Level 1 & 2 test
Must be physically fit & pass pre-employment physical
A valid Driver’s License
Ability to work in adverse conditions
Reliable transportation
REGULAR JOB DUTIES
Attend crew meetings
Load and unload trucks with logs, brush and debris weighing up to or more than 75 lbs.
Inspect gear and provide labor and skills necessary for the ground and various aerial situations, operate aerial equipment, operate saws and loaders, and drive trucks
Store gear, other duties as requested
Determining priorities, showing enthusiasm, working accurately, concentrating among distractions, remembering details, making decisions, working rapidly, working with others, working alone, working under pressure.
Assists other crew members as needed
SPECIAL OPERATIONS
Aerial trucks, dump trucks, transportation vehicles,
brush chippers, loading equipment, chainsaw, various
hand tools, climbing gear, ropes.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSES RECOMMENDED
Class B Driver’s License
ISA Certified Tree Worker and/or Arborist
