LaborMax Staffing has several positions for a local plastic manufacturing company in the Carrollton area:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Includes the following, as well as other duties that may be assigned.

Leads team of 2-4 router operators on 2nd shift

2pm- 10pm Mon- Friday (or 2pm- 12am Mon- Thursday) we are working to establish availability

Previous CNC router experience & leadership experience

Onsrud Router and or Multicam router experience is a huge plus!

Responsible for utilizing numerical controlled machines to machine plastic, metal work pieces to specificationsInterprets complicated drawings, instructions, program and process sheetsPerforms diversified operations on numerical controlled machinesPerforms a variety of related operations to close and interrelated tolerancesReviews setup sheet and specifications to determine sequence and dimensions of finished work pieceAttaches fixtures to machine according to setup instructionsManipulates controls to start machineObserves and listens to machine operation to detect malfunctionsPerforms inspection and gaging operations to ensure maintenance of quality standards and specificationsMeasures work piece for conformance to specificationsNotifies supervisor of discrepanciesAdjusts machine according to specificationsCleans machine parts and performs machine maintenance
