We manage a diverse fleet that requires ongoing maintenance — everything from quick mechanical repairs to full engine and transmission replacements and suspension work. Each vehicle must be prepped mechanically for both rental and sales readiness.
We’re looking for a reliable, experienced mechanic who enjoys solving problems, works efficiently, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time.
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for a mechanic or technician seeking flexibility. You’ll inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles in our fleet — ranging from light mechanical work to larger projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on fleet vehicles and customer cars
Perform regular preventive maintenance
Handle minor body and cosmetic repairs when needed if comfortable with task.
Inspect new fleet additions with Mgmt prior to purchase
Complete recon after purchase.
Document all work performed and parts used.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Communicate clearly with management about vehicle status and repair needs.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
3+ years of verifiable general automotive repair experience (independent shop, dealership, or mobile).
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
Good verbal communication skills.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Any formal education or certificates is a benefit.
Schedule & Pay:
Flexible hours — evenings and weekends are fine.
Workload varies based on fleet needs.
Pay based on experience and capability.
