HOA Compliance Inspector Position Available for Local HOAs in Your Area
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of an HOA Compliance Inspector. This position involves driving through neighborhoods to identify various issues, ranging from significant concerns like broken fences, property maintenance, and unauthorized vehicles to more minor issues such as visible trash cans and overgrown landscaping. Walking certain HOAs for a more in depth look into the property
As an inspector, you will drive through neighborhoods at a slow pace with vehicle signage, documenting problems through photographs for the HOA community. One of the key benefits of this role is its flexibility – you can choose the workload that suits you best. After a probationary period of 90 days, you will have the autonomy to manage your workload and request assistance if needed. Some walking may be required as part of the job.
The ideal candidate for this position will be meticulous, detail-oriented, and capable of communicating with homeowners who may approach you during your inspections.
Equipment required for this role includes a smartphone (compatible with both Android and iPhone), access to a hotspot for internet connectivity, and a fuel-efficient vehicle.
As an inspector, you will be responsible for logging into the system, planning your work routes, and submitting inspection results through a user-friendly mobile app by the specified deadline. Photos are mandatory for each inspection task, and you may be required to drive up to 75 miles within the 75030 area. Jobs with Walking as well
