Responsible for invoicing customers, employee payroll and various other reports. Work effectively and professionally in a fast-paced team environment Demonstrate attention to detail when performing creation of customer profiles and entry of orders Obtain pickup and delivery appointments that will provide efficient use of driver hours of service Proactively monitor shipments to ensure customer service expectations are achieved in accurately completing billing items. Take initiative to resolve shipment delays or scheduling challenges with internal and external customers. Identify and share best practices/ process improvements with teammates Assist with coverage of other duties as needed to include dispatch, KPI reporting Provide daily business updates to Customer Account Manager Verify paperwork for completeness and accuracy Schedule is Monday through Friday Shift start time is 5:30AMThe pay range outlined herein is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
