Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Lab Specimen Pickup Driver to collect medical specimens from multiple locations daily and transport them safely to our laboratory in Lewisville, TX. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, punctual, and professional.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up lab specimens from multiple locations, including client site.
- Ensure proper handling and secure transportation of specimens.
- Follow a pre-determined route and schedule for pickups.
- Communicate with the dispatch team regarding any delays or issues.
- Maintain records of pickups and deliveries.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Reliable vehicle with insurance.
- Background Screening is required
- Ability to handle medical specimens safely (training provided).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow route schedules.
- Prior experience in medical courier services is a plus but not required.
