Qualifications
Drivers Must Meet the Following Requirements Due to Insurance Purposes: No Exceptions
Must be a minimum of 23 years old. Must have a valid Commercial Driver’s License.
Drivers must have a minimum of (2) years CDL with experience driving similar equipment.
No Serious Violations within the past (5) years as defined below:
DUI, possession of alcohol/narcotics, implied consent violations, open container/bottle violations
Driving while under suspension or revocation (i.e. driving when courts have removed your driving privilege)
Felony involving a motor vehicle Reckless Driving or endangerment
None of the following Major Violations within the past (36) months as defined below:
Speeding in a Work Zone
Speeding in a Posted School Zone
Passing a Stopped School Bus
Failure to report an accident or leaving the scene of an accident, regardless of the amount of damages
Careless Driving Texting while driving
No more than (3) Minor Violations in the past (36) months with not more than (2) in the last (12) months.
Minor Violation is defined as any violation not listed as major or serious where the driver has been ticketed. Minor violations include both moving and non-moving (i.e. improper stopping/standing) violations noted on the MVR. However, no more than (3) equipment violations, other than weight and seat belt violations.
Accidents: No more than a combination of (2) accidents (at fault) and (1) Minor Violation in the past (36) months.
