120 Acre Farm in Winona looking for additional help.
We are NOT a "FULL ON" Working Farm but we do have a Dozen head of cattle, donkeys, chickens, a large garden, etc. The main objective is to have a nice family farm that is providing food and resources for the family. 3 Families Currently live at the farm.
HARD WORK IS INVOLVED and SOMETIMES IT CAN BE DIRTY WORK. Usually it's not that dirty but we are dealing with animals after all. Prior Experience on a farm is required.
Safety equipment, tools, power equipment, etc are ALWAYS provided and the person hired will be expected to Maintain them.
You MUST PASS a FULL BACKGROUND CHECK AND MUST BE WILLING TO TAKE A DRUG TEST AS WELL. Alcohol is not an issue as long as you don't make it a habit of showing up hungover or drinking on the job.
This is a FULL TIME Position but you will be able to take vacation time off if needed. YOU MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION as well.
