Local private resident is seeking a full time groundskeeper to manage and maintain property grounds, farm vehicles and equipment. Must be nonsmoker, have no criminal or recreational drug history, must have own vehicle that is maintained. I need someone who is a hard worker, is reliable, healthy and most of all trustworthy. Keeping tool shed and outbuildings organized is also important.
Maintenance of a salt water pool and knowledge of irrigation a plus. There is a small lake on the property, as well as jennies, peacocks, chickens and guinea hens. There are gardens, rose beds, trees and paths that need to be groomed.
