Are you looking for a hands-on position that offers housing, and opportunities for growth? We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mobile Home and RV Park Grounds Manager to oversee operations in our East Texas parks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Park Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the park, including enforcing park rules, handling tenant inquiries, and assisting with move-ins and move-outs.
- Maintenance: Perform basic landscaping and lawn maintenance, oversee repairs, and ensure park facilities (plumbing, electrical, handyman repairs, etc.) are functioning properly.
- Water Well System Monitoring: Must be willing to obtain a TCEQ Class D Water Operator License (course fees covered). You’ll assist in monitoring and maintaining the water well system.
- Tenant Relations: Maintain positive relationships with park residents, handle lease renewals, and address any issues or concerns.
- Inspections: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly park inspections to ensure everything is clean, safe, and operational.

Ideal Candidate:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable performing maintenance and landscaping tasks.
- Must be willing to complete a TCEQ Class D Water Operator License (23-hour course).
- Prior experience with handyman repairs and landscaping is required.
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $30,000 per year.
Commissions:
- Earn commissions on lease renewals, maintaining lot occupancy, and RV sales (up to $250 per sale).
