Property management company in need of a property manager with the ability to make small repairs and perform maintenance items. Limited plumbing/electric and construction experience is needed but desired. Must have valid driver's license. Effectively communicate to tenants and subcontractors will be required. Ranch property upkeep and repair will also fall under the job description. From loading hay to repairing sheetrock and then meeting with potential tenants are just some of the functions that will be needed to effectively do this job. Must have valid license with good record. Maybe required to take overnight trips but rarely.
