We are a rapidly growing real estate investment company looking for sharp, enthusiastic people with cold calling experience. Our company buys homes from tired landlords, people in distress, and other motivated sellers. We will have lists for you to call from as well as a script. Your job is to get them interested in having us come look at their home.
You will be paid $15/hour and given a two tier bonus system:
Tier 1 - $100 for every interested seller
Tier 2 - $500 for every home we end up buying
You do not have to live in Tyler for this job, but knowing the local market and geography is a big plus as we are not a company that prides itself on local service. It is a job you can work at home. You will need a reliable computer and smart phone as we will also be texting with prospective sellers.
