Superior Skilled Trades is seeking licensed Journeyman Electricians for a start in Sulphur Springs, TX starting in January!
OVERTIME & PER DIEM!
PAY: $30-$40/hour (based upon experience)
PER DIEM: $100/day for days worked
HOURS: Shifts will be 10-hour workdays, 6 days per week (60 hours/ week)
SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday- Saturday; 7:00am – 5:30 pm
START DATE: 01/13/2025
DURATION: 3+ months (Approx. 04/30/2025)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Journeyperson Electrician to join our team for this project. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems, with the ability to work on various projects including commercial and industrial settings.
Responsibilities:
-Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with local codes and regulations.
-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems.
-Utilize hand tools and testing equipment to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
-Collaborate with other trades on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met.
-Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or areas for improvement.
-Ensure all work is performed safely, adhering to established safety protocols.
Experience:
-Proven experience as a Journeyperson Electrician or similar role in the electrical field.
-Experience with electrical sub stations and battery storage is a plus.
-Experience working as a commercial or industrial electrician.
-Ability to run cables and wire diagnostics
-Familiarity with terminations and receptacles.
-Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
-Ability to read blueprints and technical documents accurately.
Additional Requirements for Journeyman Electrician:
-Must be eligible to work in the United States.
-Must have a valid Journeyman Electrician license.
-Must have reliable transportation to the job site.
-Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required
