Are you an EXPERIENCED, HVAC CERTIFIED Lead Maintenance tech? We Need You for our apartment community! Qualified candidates will have proven ability to diagnose mechanical, plumbing, electrical or other malfunctions and make repairs or corrections.
Duties will include completing resident work orders (HVAC, plumbing and appliance repairs): interior and exterior maintenance; and prepping units for new residents (sheetrock repair, painting, fixture replacement).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$26.50 per hour
