Licensed Pest Control Applicator Sought

A full-service company, with commercial and residential clients in Smith and the surrounding counties, seeks a Licensed Pest Control Commercial Applicator to join our growing team in Tyler, TX, to provide effective and safe pest control and lawn and shrub services to our customers. Candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional services, and maintaining relationships with, our established clients, as well as generating new profit opportunities. Candidates selected for employment will be subject to pre-employment screening to include drug testing, a criminal background check, and verification of certifications and licenses. Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Valid Texas Pest Control Commercial License. Candidates with additional Commercial Licenses will receive priority.

At least three (3) years pest control services experience in residential environment.

At least three (3) years pest control services experience in commercial environment.

Possess and maintain a valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.

Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Ability to pull hoses from trucks and wind them back upon hose reels.

Ability to work inside and outside in various weather conditions.

Typical Duties Include:

Providing service to customers according to company standards and procedures.

Advising customers of potential problems, and keeping management informed of any problems encountered on service calls.

Maintaining property inventory of pesticides in use, and service records in accordance with State and Federal standards.

Completing and submitting daily service reports as required.

Maintaining service equipment and vehicles in clean and proper operating condition.

Maintaining knowledge of technical data concerning chemicals used and their application.

Maintaining knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulations regarding pest control.

Complete Federal, State, Local, and company required training programs within prescribed time limits for proper certification.

Assist on other office jobs as required by management, when service calls must be cancelled due to weather conditions, etc.
