Must be mechanically inclined, able to keep show equipment up and running, and have basic computer skills along with advanced problem-solving skills and communication skills.

Job Description-
This role is responsible for leading operations (fabrication and installation) teams in an effort to serve our customers with excellence.
Key Result Area- Workflow
- Scheduling fabrication, installation, and service calls.
- Gate jobs completed within 4 weeks.
- Gate operator only jobs installed with-in 2 weeks.
- Cutouts completed or sent to the powder coater within 1 week
- Service calls responded to on-site within 5 business days.
- Other fabrication completed in 2-4 weeks
- Shop drawings as needed to communicate the job to the team.
- Hold weekly meetings with the operations team and weekly one-on-ones.
Key Result Area #2 Team success
- Assisting in fabrication, installation, and service calls as needed.
- Visit job sites to get measurements or other details for job success
- Communicate with customers, the team, and vendors to ensure we are serving our customers with excellence.
Working Conditions:
Regularly works in indoor/outdoor elements with extreme variation in temperatures, it’s Texas you know. Heavy lifting, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, and reaching are required for this position, you can do this.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work to lift 80 pounds, to push, pull, carry, or maneuver heavier items, have good visual acuity to see and focus close, at a distance, and with normal peripheral vision and normal depth perception.
Willing to work hours outside of normal work schedule, if needed.
