Looking for someone to drive 1 of my pilot cars. Must be at least 26, and have a very good driving record. I have to carry 1 million commercial, and 2 million aggregate insurance, so you have to be able for me to add you to my policy. I do not allow smoking in my car, and you must keep my equipment clean, and keep it serviced. I have zero tolerance when it comes to this. I pay for that. Must be drug free, and not had 100 jobs in the last 2 years. This is 24/7 call, and a lot of out of town work. Must be able to learn this work. We do work in the oilfield, and do help drivers load/unload, steer trailers, and plan routes. I can train you for that. Must have a strong back, and steel toe boots, and sometime we have to wear FRC shirt. I have a few different sizes, if not I will get you one. We do work in the rain, and cold/heat. This is oversize, and super loads. Lots of work, and I will train the right person. If you are a crybaby, do not apply. If you have children at home that you have to take care of, and can't go out of town, do not apply. If you are an alcoholic and can't be on call 24/7, do not apply. My equipment will only be used for work, no exceptions. This is fast paced work, but it's enjoyable work. My company is growing, and I have a lot of work. My main customer is Southern Transport out of Kilgore. I am very busy, but I am reading the emails I am getting. I will try and get back with all of the ones that might work out. This starts out as a "Part Time" job, and it's 1099 pay/work, pay until I see if you will work out. This job is perfect for a retired truck driver that doesn't mind being away from home. My pilot car is a 2015 Chevy Equinox in very good shape. As of this moment I am a DBA Soul Proprietorship company, but I am working on becoming an LLC. At that point I will start holding taxes out of your pay, and if you want you will become full time. Until then I will not hold taxes out, 1099. Right now most work is out of town work. I do pay hotels, but I don't pay perdium. All you have to pay for is your food when out of town. This is pretty much it as far as the job, so if you are interested please apply. Job starts at $125.00 an invoice, and as you learn your pay will go up. Sometimes we get 1 to 3 invoices a day, but at the moment it's mostly 1 a day for work around here. It cost me a lot to get someone certified, and out on insurance so make sure this is what you want to do. If you stop working for me for (ANY) reason at all in the first 6 months I will hold the price of getting you certified, and the hotel price in Mineral Wells out of your last check, its around $460.00 for that. I will make a form you have to sign before I will let you do any work for me that has this on it, i been burned before. I pay every week, and I do hold back 1 week.
