Title: Now Hiring: Collections Clerk
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
We are seeking a dedicated Collections Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook), and be bilingual (a plus). Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Contacting customers for collections
Maintaining accurate records of collections and account statuses
Resolving billing and customer credit issues
Assisting with other accounting duties as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in collections or a related field
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
