The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in our office, providing vital support to our Administrator and employees by assisting with daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities. We are seeking an office assistant to provide support in various departments, including, HR, purchasing, sales, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be proficient in organizing work using tools such as MS Office and office equipment. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant ensures our office's efficient and smooth day-to-day operation. Fluency in Spanish and basic typing/computer skills are essential for this role.
The position requires full-time availability Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. It is a full-time position with a starting pay of $15.00 per hour and includes benefits.
