If you answered "yes", "yes", "yes", "yes", to all the questions above, this is the perfect position for you! We are seeking a Full-Time Business Manager to JOIN our team. In this role, you will report directly to the Regional Supervisor and oversee and enhance the value of the property.

Responsibilities:

Develop, write, and implement a sales and marketing plan which effectively maximizes rental income and results in high occupancy and competitive pricing through the leasing staff and personal efforts.

Understand, analyze, and evaluate financial statements and write reports in a clear, concise form.

Possess a thorough understanding of the laws governing evictions and the proper process.

Oversee, approve and prepare all lease related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.

Maintain thorough product knowledge of property and that of major competition through site tours/visits and telephone surveys. Prepare marketing reports as required.

Clearly and effectively communicate with residents, other employee, vendors, supervisors, and owners in written and verbal form.

Achieve the highest possible net operating income through the implementation of effective cost control, revenue maximization and delinquency management program.

Take reasonable efforts to see that we comply with all state, federal, and local laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the business.

Maintain high customer service standards.

Requirements:

Preferred 3 years of property management experience

3 Years Budget Management experience

Strong leadership qualities

Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment

Highly organized and very detail-oriented
