Communication skills, Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent oral and written skills.
Professional interpersonal communications skills.
TRUCKING EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS
Qualifications
Two years of experience in motor carrier operations
Strong sales experience - if you are a salesperson - this is a good career change!
Proficient communicator in both English
Knowledge of regulations that pertain to DOT driver hiring
Competent user of MS Office
Spanish is a plus!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Pursue leads through phone and in person solicitations as well as referrals
Understand individual Driver candidate needs
Find best match between Driver candidate needs and Company
Ensure Drivers meet hiring guidelines
Ensures onboarding of Driver is met according to hiring guidelines
Help address Driver challenges after they join the company
Identifies and resolves problems/tasks in a timely manner
Update database
Performs clerical duties as needed such as filing and organizing
