Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the ready-mix and aggregates industry, including sizes, dimensions, and quantities.
- Monitor job sites for material efficiency and report issues to the Sales Manager or Representatives.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Manager and Sales Representatives to enhance relationships.
- Promote MTI positively to customers through marketing information and promotional items.
- Work cooperatively with management, dispatch, and plant staff.
- Manage light tower logistics and supervise truck drivers to ensure safety and quality control.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; industry knowledge preferred.
- Ability to perform moderately complex mathematical calculations.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; English required, Spanish preferred.
