Job Description: Parts Department Associate for an RV Dealership in Anthony TX
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Parts Department Associate. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within our dealership. We do a lot of order picking from online part sales. This position will do a lot of order pulling/shipping & packaging. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse or order picking experience.
Work schedule will be Monday -Friday 9am-5pm with rotating Saturdays , when you work a Saturday you can take a day off during the week Wed-Friday of your choice.
Duties:
- Assist customers in finding the right products or services to meet their needs
- Conduct sales transactions and handle cash with accuracy
- Maintain inventory control and ensure products are properly stocked
- Picking Online Orders and Packaging them.
- Restocking Parts as they arrive.
- Charging out parts as service department request them
- Driving to various locations for parts running as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Good Computer Skills
- Proficient in inventory control procedures and practices
- Willingness to learn new things
- Excellent communication Skills
- Cash handling experience with attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers

MUST HAVE:
Valid Active drivers license as you will be running for parts and errands as needed for the dealership.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
