Your New Role
As a Project Engineer – you will be working on a wide range of builds from Multi-Family, Mixed Use, Commercial, and Hospitality across El Paso and providing support to the Project Manager in a range of areas. This includes but is not limited to – aiding in the Planning & Design, Quality, Contractual Elements, and Stakeholder Management.
It is a wide-ranging role that will require you to spin multiple plates – however, it will give you great end-to-end exposure of Cradle to Grave Projects that will greatly benefit you as you grow into a full Project Manager.
What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience in the Construction Field – ideally within the Projects listed above
An Engineering/Construction Degree would be extremely desirable / 2-3 years at a GC
Basic level understanding of Commercial Construction (RFIs, change orders, submittals, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
An ambition to grow into a full Project Manager
Estimating capabilities is a plus.
