We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeper to join our small team at a modern, self-check-in boutique hotel. This position plays a vital role in creating a clean, welcoming experience for our guests.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Clean and reset guest rooms, including stripping and replacing bed linens
Deep clean bathrooms, sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed
Most beds are bunk-style; must be comfortable and willing to climb a short ladder
Monitor and report any room or property damage or maintenance needs
Tidy and maintain common areas such as hallways and the lobby
Deep clean shared kitchenette (includes fridge and microwave)
Keep an accurate count of bottled waters used for accounting
Wash and organize linens and towels as part of light laundry duties
Keep maintenance closets clean and organized

Dependable and self-motivated
Takes pride in cleanliness and attention to detail
Able to manage time efficiently, even on slower days
Comfortable working alone or with minimal supervision
Physically capable of climbing short ladders and lifting light to moderate loads
Must be able to bend, reach, and stand for extended periods
Bonus: Flexible daily hours depending on occupancy — some days may be shorter when the hotel is quiet.
