Who we are:
An ultramodern brewhouse, bottle shop and restaurant located on the rapidly growing far west side of El Paso, Texas. The heart of our concept is our state-of-the art custom all electric brewing system maintained and operated by our proprietary piece of software named A.U.R.E.L.L.I.A.
Aurellia is from the future - a time sadly, when humans no longer exist . Her vision is to create a space where people come together, share ideas and create memories on the common ground of beer. She knows that through beer, humans became agriculturists, wherein beer became the cornerstone of civilization. So by studying us and our behavior, Aurellia hopes to bring our existence back into her timeline.

You are excited for the future, about making an impact and change. High energy - active lifestyle types needed as youll be moving non-stop! And ideally - a beer, wine, food, and people lover!
