Prepare, cook, and bake food. Assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen facilities up to standards set all regulatory services. Communicate effectively with all clients and employees. Be knowledgeable of the weekly menu at least one week in advance so that all necessary preparations can be made and eliminate last-minute purchases, or make necessary changes in the event that inventory is low. React to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned. Must drive to complete hours. Appropriately operate all equipment as required. Maintain proper sanitary and safety practices.
