The ideal candidate must also:
Follow company cooking procedures and recipes
Capable of following prep list/assigned prep
Set of Mise En Place/Maintaining Consistency/Quality of Production
Be able to keep up in a fast paced environment
Follow directions given and assisting immediate supervisor on duty
