HOTEL MAINTENANCE
General knowledge, to include plumbing, electrical and property maintenance duties; service and repairs, plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, filters, painting, use of tools and power tools.
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull and lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and remain calm under pressure.
Maintains highest standards for work areas and appearance.
