Mountain Man Physical Therapy is HIRING! We are searching for a third full-time Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join our team. New DPT graduates/soon-to-be licensed DPTs are welcome to apply.
At MMPT, all patients are treated one-on-one by the DPT from start to finish with no techs or assistants. Our DPTs treat an average of 8 patients per day, with the average session lasting an hour. Hours are flexible and paperwork is minimal. Our benefits package is excellent and well above most (if not all) outpatient clinics in town. DPT must be eager to learn and implement our system of neuro-musculoskeletal rehab and dive into the Mountain Man Method—our hybrid manual/functional movement approach that restores mobility and function throughout the body. The Method is the result of 8 years of extensive research, developed to not only rehab severe injuries that frequently require surgery, but also teach every patient the life-skill of self-treatment.
Full-time 40-hour workweek salary starts at $83,200, plus $6,000 in bonuses available every year for reaching normal daily unit threshold consistently, for a total of $89,200 for a regular work week.
Despite being a salaried position, all hours beyond normal daily units are paid at time and a half, giving each DPT the ability to earn as much additional income as desired.
Paid onboarding mentorship featuring courses in diagnostics, self-treatment, manual techniques, functional movement, and plan of care development.

Flexible Schedule: Our goal is to break the trend of a M-F/9-5 workweek and allow for better work/family balance. Upon completion of training, DPT may modify work schedule to accommodate family/important events.
