Position Overview:
As the Artificial Grass Installer | Project Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing installation projects from start to finish. You will manage a team of installers, ensuring that each project is completed efficiently, to high standards, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise installation teams on various artificial grass projects.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices.
Coordinate project schedules and allocate resources effectively.
Train and mentor team members on installation techniques and procedures.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation.
Maintain quality control throughout the installation process.
Qualifications:
Proven experience installing artificial grass.
Proven experience in all landscaping installations: concrete, pergolas, rock wall, etc.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
