Must show up on time until projects are completed. Work must be of good quality. Prices must be reasonable and once agreed in writing will not raise price or reduce work.
Must be dependable with keeping gates CLOSED !
I know junior wants to attend Harvard and wife wants a Mercedes. While I don’t expect low ball bids, I am not the one to pay university tuition or new car. Reasonable prices!

Remove small tree, six bushes, replace rocks in bush area with dirt and fertilizer, plant new starter bushes. Backyard needs some leveling and spot cementing to stop holes being dug by dog. Add small and smooth rocks to back yard. Already has rocks. But if needed, order more pebbles. Double check out door lights and repair small bulbs. Double check wiring and repair as needed. Drive way has some cracks willing to discuss possibly painting whole driveway with a very light great to cover cracks long term. It’s a lot and we should walk thru before contract signed. Burnt too many times. 3 stars or less on FB work. Sorry, won’t hire
