Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our service team. The primary responsibilities of this role include performing trim out and service work on the manufactured homes we deliver. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
-Perform trim out work on delivered manufactured homes, including installation of trim, baseboards, and other finishing touches.
-Conduct service and repair work on manufactured homes as needed.
-Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality and in compliance with safety regulations.
-Communicate effectively with team members and customers to address any issues or concerns.
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
-Assist with other tasks as needed to support the delivery and setup of manufactured homes.
Qualifications:
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation!
-Experience in trim out work, carpentry, or a related field is preferred.
-Knowledge of manufactured homes and their components is a plus.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
-Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
-Able to travel out of town for work
