Husky Preservation and REO Services LLC
We are looking to add reliable vendors to work on foreclosed houses. Looking for vendors that can perform grass cuts, lock changes, trash outs, repairs, bolt boarding, maid service, sales cleans and basic home repairs. Must have Smart phone or digital camera with gps capabilities to document before, during and after stages of work, laptop/pc, smart phone, tools, lawn equipment. Experience in our industry is recommended but not required. Must have a valid driver's license and clean background (need to be able to pass a background check), small working capital, locks (deadbolt and knobs) on hand or the ability to order them at any time. You need to have the ability to submit photos/results on a daily basis which also includes on or before your due date.

Work to be completed:
Initial secures/Lock changes/Rekey (with allowables for additional work on the spot)
Bi Weekly grass cuts
Debris removal/trash outs
Repairs (roof,drywall,carpet etc)
REO rehab work
Evictions
Roof Tarp/Repair
Board ups/reglaze
Janitorial/maid services
Pool securing/Servicing
Inspections
Mold remediation
Hazard removal

We currently have crews in the area but are experiencing a large growth. Immediate work is available for those with experience and who can pass a background check with Aspen Grove. For those with less experience, we can do training (must have some basic experience). As mentioned, must be able to turn in results on time as timeliness and accuracy is crucial to increase your volume.
