We are currently hiring for Sales Representative/Delivery Driver at La Esperanza Tortilla Factory. This is a Monday through Saturday job from 7am to around 3pm this is depending on how fast and efficient you can do your job. It's a five-day work week with one day off from Monday through Friday must work Saturday. This job consists in delivering and assorting out our product to various grocery stores/restaurants. You will be selling our product to our current customers as well as new ones that come our way. You must be a people person and like to interact with others. Bilingual in English and Spanish highly recommended. You must have knowledge in the use of tablets since that is what we use to charge our customers. You must rotate product from the back to front of shelving in every place we leave our product this is an everyday assignment. You must have a valid license as well as a clean driving record. This position starts at $600 a week and can go up within the year depending on your work ethic. We also offer one-week paid vacation after working for us for one year. End of the year bonuses can also be acquired depending on your work.
We are also hiring for Tortilleria workers. This would be in the production line of the tortilla which consists of counting and packaging tortillas as well as other basic work assignments for setting up and the cleaning process after the shift is completed. This is a Sunday through Saturday work week with two days off each week. The hours are in the early mornings starting at:
Sunday: 4:00 am
Monday-Friday: 3:45 am
Saturdays: 2:30 am
The ending time is not a set one it is depending on the workload needed to be completed. This job starts at $12.00 an hour and can get a raise in the first year depending on your work ethic. We are also hiring for packing during the day. This is a Monday through Friday work week usually from 8-4. There will be times that you need to come in early on one or two days a week. This job starts at $10.00 an hour and can get a raise within the first year depending on your work ethic. We also offer one-week paid vacation after completing a year working for us. We are also looking for someone interested in a part time position working Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the kitchen/food handling line. Start time is @ 5 am and finish time depends on when the work is done. An average of 15-20 hours a week. An average of about 5-6 hours a day. This position pays $10.00/HR
