We are an RV Dealership in Anthony TX looking for a person or two to join our Service Department as a Service Writer-
Job hours are Mon - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM 38-40 hours a week
Pay starts @ 16.00 Dollars an hour, Negotiable with the right experience
90 Day Probation Period - Paid Holidays after 90 days
1 week paid vacation after first year.
Job Description:
Writing Service Tickets , Answering phone Calls for RV customers needing service work done on their RVs
Processing and entering warranty work for RV units and customer Claims.
Skills required:
Any Previous service writing in automotive or RV industry is a experience is a plus
Ability to stay busy and work well without constant supervision and direction.
Customer Service Experience and Good phone and computer experience is a plus!
