We are currently hiring bail agents that are able to work evenings and nights, no experience is necessary but related coursework in business or criminal justice is preferred; sales or business experience is also preferred.
We looking for individuals that could share our mission to provide quality services, and who are eager to work and learn. Applicants must be bilingual, honest, trustworthy, responsible, and energetic.
You must possess a clean record (NO CONVICTIONS, WARRANTS, and OR UNSETTLED TRAFFIC CITATIONS), professional appearance, knowledge in Microsoft Office, bilingual, and have dependable transportation.
As a bail agent you will be required to work with our clients to help do everything possible to ensure a speedy jail release for our customers, enabling their freedom while their case/cases are resolved at the courts.
Job duties include and not limited to negotiating, assessing risk, collections, data entry, and customer service.
