As an Assembler, you will play a key role in supporting production operations by performing hands-on assembly, quality checks, and ensuring products meet company standards. Job Title: Assembler/Ensemblador Location: El Paso, TX Openings
1st Shift: 12.00/hr. - 6:00am to 2:00pm, (FT) Monday - Friday
2nd Shift: 12.50/hr. - 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, (FT) Monday - Friday
3rd Shift: 13/hr. - 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, (FT) Monday -Friday
4th shift: 15.50/hr - 06:00 am to 06:00 pm, (PT) Sat-Sun
Responsibilities
Perform assembly tasks according to work instructions and safety guidelines
Inspect and verify product quality during and after assembly
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Follow all company safety and compliance policies
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED preferred, or equivalent work experience
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience a plus, but not required
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Willingness to work assigned shift and overtime if needed
