Are you passionate about social impact and driven by purpose? 3GT, a mission-driven organization dedicated to providing a safe environment for the community to enhance their skills in outdoor recreational sports, is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Fundraiser to join our team.
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement fundraising campaigns to support our programs
Build and maintain relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners
Organize fundraising events and donor engagement initiatives
Write compelling grant proposals and impact reports
Collaborate with our Board of Directors to align fundraising goals
What We're Looking For:
A passion for non-profit work and community impact
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in fundraising, sales, donor relations, or grant writing (1-3 years preferred)
Creativity, organization, and a results-driven mindset
