Southwest Freightlines is opening a customer service/ Data entry position for our growing company. We are looking to add a professional, outgoing, reliable customer service rep. We are a meticulous, fast paced working environment where thinking critically is a must.
Need to have proficient computer skills.
Customer service experience.
Knowledge in word, excel, office etc
Must be Bilingual. English/Spanish
Job duties:
Provide front line customer service phone and email support.
Work as a team with other dispatchers to get all loads covered.
Entering, updating, and/or tracking of loads
Making sure all drivers have their return loads.
Working with managers, driver managers, and other departments to ensure efficiency of operations.
Resolving any issues that arise for drivers and/or brokers.
Reporting any delays or issues that may arise with drivers/and or brokers.
