EMS Academy Admin
We are seeking a dedicated EMS Academy Admin to join our team. The role involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our EMS academy. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling various administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and update office records and files to ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist with data entry, transcribing, and typing documents for academy operations.
- Coordinate schedules, manage calendars, and schedule appointments for staff and students.
- Greet visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate personnel or departments.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and events, including making arrangements for logistics.
- Support project coordination activities within the EMS academy.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in office management software and tools is essential.
- Strong computer literacy with knowledge of order entry systems.
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently.
- Experience in project coordination is a plus.
- Excellent administrative and clerical skills with attention to detail.
