Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Manager Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must be bilingual (Spanish & English) and have experience in office administration, payroll processing, and financial tasks. Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls professionally.
Process and enter payroll, including certified payroll.
Handle DOLI (Department of Labor & Industry) liabilities.
Manage collections, invoices, and lien letters.
Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Reconcile financial statements and maintain accurate records.
Utilize QuickBooks for accounting and financial tasks.
Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) for daily operations.
Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish & English) – Required
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office software – Required
Experience in payroll processing and financial reconciliation.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
