Herrera Law is in need of a full time receptionist. Starting pay is $10.00 per hour. After a probation period of 30 days, your performance will be evaluated and your salary increased accordingly. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Must have good communication skills and customer service skills.
No legal experience needed.
Job duties include answering phones, greeting clients, transferring calls, taking and passing messages to the other members of the staff, cleaning reception area and lobby, and keeping a detailed call log.
Hours are from Monday-Friday 8:00 Am to 5:00 Pm. With an hour lunch in between.
