What we do for our New Hire's:
We will train you the skill/art of cutting keys
We will train you to be knowledgeable in identifying all types of keys
We will train you to how to use our key cutting equipment
We will train you to use our car key programming equipment
We also provide other services inside our store, and you will also be trained to provide those services
We provide unforms at no cost to employee's
We provide competitive compensation, pay raises, bonuses, Worker’s Comp and plenty of employee perks
This Position Work Schedule Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm.
Who we are looking for:
A candidate who has proper phone etiquette and experience answering business phone lines answering questions and accepting job requests
A candidate with cash register, POS or electronic cash systems experience
A candidate with customer service skills and excellent organizational skills, multitasking skills with
One year minimum experience
A team player and/or leader. A real Go-getter mentality
Someone who is willing to get their hands dirty and work with tools
Have the ability to lift as much as 50lbs
MUST Be Bilingual in English and Spanish. This is due to our Spanish speaking community.
A candidate who wants to learn this industry and dedicate sufficient time to learning and performing the job after training
A candidate who is honest with good integrity and character
A hard worker and one who doesn't give up and quit
Punctual to work their schedule everyday
Clean record, Drug and Alcohol Free
Willing to accept any assignment and available to work any schedule as management deems necessary.
FBI and State of Texas Background check will be performed on each candidate hired.
