We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our client base.
Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales for our landscaping services. This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic individual who enjoys working outdoors and helping clients transform their outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Conduct in-person meetings and property evaluations to assess clients’ needs and provide tailored landscaping solutions.
Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the full range of services we offer.
Prepare and present detailed proposals and estimates.
Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the landscaping team to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
Track and report on sales activities and pipeline using CRM software.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in landscaping, construction, or home improvement.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A passion for landscaping and outdoor design is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Knowledge of landscaping services and industry trends is preferred but not required.
