Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting our artificial grass products to both contractors and homeowners. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, generating leads, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell artificial grass products to contractors, landscapers, architects, and homeowners.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our artificial grass solutions.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and digital content.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and expand the customer base.

Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance and achieve targets.

Requirements:

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the construction, landscaping, or building materials industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in generating and qualifying leads, closing deals, and managing client relationships.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and pipeline tracking.

Comfortable with public speaking and being on camera for media content creation.

Knowledge of artificial grass products, installation methods, and landscaping practices is a plus.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
