Experienced in plumbing repairs, from leaks and soldering pipes to replacing faucets and toilets to hot water heater replacements, cooler startups and maintenance, replacing motors and bearings, heating maintenance and startups, electrical outlets and fixtures. Must have local apartment maintenance experience and clean record, can work on call as needed or full time depending on experience.
